Good article David, especially item 5 on validating numbers. I still haven't got used to the PHP system of form actions referring to the page they are in. As a perl programmer it just seems weird. Alan.

I'm looking into HTML_Quickform, David's chapter in Essential PHP Tools and some online arts & tuts, and it looks very promising.
Those of you who have used HTML_Quickform, are there any show stoppers for practical use? Any drawbacks or weaknesses? how often is it not suitable in your experience?
